White spacer cone - wide base for use with Cuff and TLC-X Air and TLC FlexAir devices
The cone rests against the outside of the retaining cone to keep it from lifting when air pressure is introduced within the foreskin space. Some Air users swear they don't need to use this. This Cone is held in place by the collar and set screw with the CFH Cuff, plus zero to two more small spacer cones, or by weights.
This Cuff has also been used to clamp the retaining cone down to improve grip, but this is not recommended or needed. A safer alternative to enhance grip would be Adhesi-Med.
